Colliers’ Ned Frank and Jim Herbst represented Eagle Foods in its 285,000-square-foot lease at 94 Logistics Park at 12345 38th St. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Eagle Foods will use the new space as their Midwest distribution hub. It is the company’s second location in the Chicagoland area.
“Well-located warehouses/manufacturing facilities, especially those with direct access to major metropolitan areas and the U.S. logistics infrastructure, continue to be in high demand,” said Frank.
Eagle Foods takes almost half of Building 7, a 599,308-square-foot warehouse featuring 36-foot clear ceiling height, 62 docks, 70 trailer stalls, 50-foot by 50-foot column spacing with a 75-foot speed bay and parking for 186 cars. It is one of several buildings at 94 Logistics Park, a three-phase project delivering over 1.8 million square feet of industrial product.
Frank, along with Colliers’ Fred Regnery and Steve Stewart represented the developer, Logistics Property Co., in the transaction.
