Entre Commercial Realty LLC’s Tom Boucher and Dan Jones represented Horizon Logistics, Incorporated in its purchase of a 41,600-square-foot industrial facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The building, 801 Lunt Avenue, sits on 1.6 acres. Horizon Logistics, which is doing business as Seko Logistics, paid $2.3 million to purchase the property from Prologis.
Seko Logistics is a 39-year-old global firm specializing in transportation, logistics, freight-forwarding and warehousing with 120 offices in 40 countries. It is relocating operations from Wood Dale.
The free-standing, single-tenant building is located near Interstates-90 and -355 and O’Hare International Airport. The transaction was contingent upon the Village of Elk Grove’s approval of a Cook County Class-B Tax Incentive, which Entre worked with the buyer to obtain.
Jonathan Kohn & Ron Behm of Colliers International represented the seller, Prologis.
