Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, LLC closed the sale of Cotton Creek Apartments, a 32-unit multifamily property in the Lake County suburb of Island Lake, Illinois.
The transaction was facilitated by Principal Brian Karmowski and Director Anthony Citriglia, who represented the seller, while Associate Jimmy Donahue represented the buyer.
Cotton Creek Apartments features a balanced unit mix consisting of nine (9) one-bedroom/one-bath units and twenty-three (23) two-bedroom/one-bath units. The property has benefited from significant recent capital improvements, including full tear-off roof replacements, new boiler and heating tanks, and a partial parking lot replacement.
