Etkin, along with Allen Inman, Andrew Larwood and Chris Stai with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Healthcare Real Estate Partners, represented the seller in the sale of two medical office buildings in Michigan.
Healthcare Trust, Inc. purchased the buildings, both of which are anchored by Crittenton/Ascension Hospital. The buildings are located at 37771 Schoenherr Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and 57850 Van Dyke Road in Washington Township, Michigan.
Etkin has been selected by Healthcare Trust to serve as the full-service property management firm of the buildings.
