Flagship Healthcare Properties acquired a Class-A, 100% leased medical outpatient building in Powell, Tennessee.

Delivered in 2023, the 13,921-square-foot medical outpatient building at 7680 Dannaher Drive was purpose-built for and is fully leased to Greater Knoxville Ear, Nose & Throat (GKENT), recognized as the region’s leading otolaryngology provider for children and adults. Designed with a modern clinical layout, the facility supports efficient workflows, and offers a welcoming, patient-centered environment for comprehensive ENT, audiology, allergy, and sleep medicine services.

Situated less than half a mile from Tennova Healthcare North Knoxville Medical Center, GKENT’s Powell location occupies a prime position along the Emory Road/I-75 corridor. The location offers excellent interstate access, and is surrounded by a dense network of medical offices, retail, dining, and residential development—attributes that reinforce the property’s long-term stability and strategic importance within North Knoxville’s rapidly expanding healthcare market. This growth is further fueled by major regional systems such as Covenant Health, Tennova Healthcare, and The University of Tennessee Medical Center, each continuing to broaden outpatient services across East Tennessee. GKENT’s modern facility aligns seamlessly with this momentum, delivering specialized ENT care in a convenient, patient-centered outpatient setting.

The property was acquired through Flagship’s private real estate investment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust (Flagship REIT). Flagship will also provide property management and asset management services for the property.
