Bill Kuhns, senior broker with FM Stone Commercial, helped Girard Systems and Girard Products LLC lease 30,800 square feet of industrial space in Goshen, Ind. Girard Products specializes in green technology for the RV industry.
The company is moving to a new building because of its solid growth. Girard is moving from San Clemente, Calif., to the Goshen building.
FM Stone’s Ross Miller represented the building owners, MFUS Holding LLC, in the lease transaction.
