Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated a lease for 10,270 square feet of office space at Laurel Office Park I, located in Livonia, Mich.
The tenant, law firm Magdich & Associates, PC., was represented by Jeff Raitt, a senior associate of brokerage services for Friedman.
Magdich and Associates provides independent legal analysis and recommendations in a concentration of trial cases. The firm’s areas of practice include professional negligence, fraud, automobile liability and commercial litigation.
