Bober Tea & Coffee will soon open in the 1,613-square-foot pad site space at RPT Realty’s Troy Marketplace at the southwest quadrant of Big Beaver and Rochester Roads in Troy, Michigan.
This is the boba milk tea chain’s first Michigan location among its about 15 locations worldwide.
The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented RPT Realty in lease negotiations.
