Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently represented buyer Rural King in the acquisition of 86,000 square feet of space on 7.65 acres in Hamilton, Ohio.
Bobby Benjamin, associate broker of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, is currently working on assignments for Rural King in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania .
Rural King is an Illinois-based “farm and home store,” with more than 50 stores across the Midwest. This new location will fill the spot of a former Kmart.
This will be Rural King’s second new store in Ohio brokered by Goodman Group in 2011. Rural King offers products such as livestock feed, farm equipment, agricultural parts, lawn mowers, workwear, tools, housewares and toys.
