Cathy Bronkema, managing director in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office of Cohen Financial, arranged a total of $6.32 million in long-term debt financing with a national lender.
She arranged the fixed-rate, 10-year term loans with 30-year amortization schedules for the acquisition of two single-tenant retail properties in the Midwest. Both loans closed in February.
Bronkema secured a $3.65 million loan for a CVS store in Lawson, Oklahoma, and arranged a $2.67 million loan for a PNC bank branch in Chicago. The borrower is a San Diego, California-based private investor.
