Southfield, Michigan-based Hayman Company has acquired the Troy Officentre in Troy, Michigan.

The 732,000-square-foot, five-building office campus was purchased by Hayman Company for $55 million on June 9. It is located along East Big Beaver Road with significant frontage along Interstate-75. The company will manage and lease the building, as well as serve as construction manager for the nearly $10 million in building enhancements, significant signage improvements and exterior property upgrades.

Planned improvements to the property include new elevators, roof replacements, upgrades to the parking lot and parking deck, and enhancements to landscaping and signage to increase curbside visibility and awareness. The company is also planning substantial amenity additions, including a dog day care, enhanced food and beverage options, community events and more.

The complex is 83 percent occupied and home to tenants including J.D. Power & Associates, St. John Providence, Urban Fulfillment Services, General Physics Corp. and Dialog Direct.
