Transwestern represented Alpha Tekniko in its lease for an entire 55,488-square-foot manufacturing and office facility at 1290 Ensell Road in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
Alpha Tekniko, a developer and manufacturer of specialized healthcare patient support surfaces, has already moved into a portion of the building and will occupy the remainder by March 2016. It is relocating its headquarters from a facility at 1000 Commerce Drive, also in Lake Zurich.
The property includes 8,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot ceilings, four interior docks, three drive-in doors and parking for 64 vehicles.
Transwestern Principal Thomas Boyle and Director Jared Paff represented the tenant in the transaction.
