Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI) acquired a 26.5-acre site in North Fort Worth, Texas, for the development of Meacham 820 Crossing, a two-building Class-A industrial park totaling about 238,000 square feet.

Located at the northwest corner of Old Decatur Road and Interstate 820, the site offers direct I-820 frontage in the heart of the Meacham/Fossil Creek submarket. The location enables future tenants to have efficient access to I-35W, Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, and the broader DFW distribution network, with downtown Fort Worth minutes to the south.

Project Overview

Meacham 820 Crossing will feature two Class A industrial buildings designed for the modern industrial user. Building 1 will total approximately 105,000 square feet and Building 2 approximately 133,000 square feet, both delivering 32-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, deep truck courts, and generous car parking. The site also accommodates trailer parking and outside storage, a feature that is in increasingly short supply across infill Fort Worth and a meaningful draw for tenants who need yard space.

Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2026, with delivery targeted for Q4 2027.

Location Advantage

The site is designed for location-focused tenants, businesses that need to serve not only North Fort Worth but the greater Metroplex at large. Direct frontage on I-820 places tenants on Fort Worth’s primary loop, with quick connections to I-35W and US-287, enabling both last-mile delivery and broader regional distribution from a single, well-positioned site.

The surrounding area offers access to a deep and growing labor pool, making it an attractive option for companies focused on both operations and workforce retention.
