A Nordstrom Rack will open at the Plaza at Jordan Creek retail development in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The 35,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.
Hurd Real Estate Servivces, Inc. and Signature Real Estate Services are co-developing the Plaza at Jordan Creek.
“The addition of Nordstrom Rack is another first-to-market retailer to choose the Plaza at Jordan Creek and further advances the excitement surrounding the state of Iowa’s most dominate retail trade area,” said Richard Hurd, president of Hurd Real Estate Services, in a written statement.
