Industrial Commercial Properties LLC recently acquired the 570,000-square-foot former Sears distribution center at 4400 S. Hamilton Road in Groveport, Ohio. The center sits on 42.8 acres.
ICP has now acquired four properties from Sears since 2014.
“Our relationshp to Sears is beneficial to both sides and the communities where they are located,” said Chris Semarjian, owner of ICP. “Many of the Sears and Kmart properties are ideally situated near interstates and population centers, and we have the skills and expertise to successfully reposition these assets.”
