Rosemont, Illinois-based Venture One Real Estate recently hired Jeff Cali as vice president of development services.
Cali will work with Venture One’s development team and will be directly involved with all aspects of the firm’s development projects.
Cali was most recently an associate vice president at Aurora University, where he led all construction, maintenance, strategic/master planning and physical plant management for the university’s main and auxiliary campuses.
Prior to his time at Aurora University, Cali was a project superintendent for seven years with Krusinski Construction Company. He also held project estimating and management positions with Nicor Gas and with MTI Construction Services.
