Evansville, Indiana-based Regency Properties recently promoted Mandy Chinn to assistant controller.
Chinn joined Regency Properties in April of 2010 as the financial analyst. In September of 2012, Chinn accepted the position of senior accountant. Chinn was promoted to accounting manager in January of 2014. Now, as assistant controller, Chinn will lead the accounting team in developing and maintaining accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statement reporting.
Chinn graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and professional services. In April of 2012, she received certification from the Institute of Management Accountants as a Certified Management Accountant.
