Thanks to the help of Sidney, Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers, Swedish firm Micropower is bringing its new company, Ecotec LTD, LLC, to the Sherry Industrial Park in Piqua, Ohio.
Ecotec will be headquartered in a 10,000-square-foot industrial facility in which the company will maintain an inventory of industrial motive-power high-frequency battery chargers. These chargers are imported from Micropower’s manufacturing facility in Vaxjo, Sweden.
Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers represented Ecotec in this deal. The Sherry Industrial Park has become a destination for many firms tahnks to its location near Piqua and Troy and quick access to Interstate-75.
Ecotec’s product line consists primarily of energy efficient high-frequency chargers.
