InSite Real Estate has begun construction on a 125,000-square-foot build-to-suit expansion of an existing distribution center in Goshen, Ind., for Dometic, a supplier to the RV, marine, automotive, medical and hotel industries.
The project, when completed in December, will double Dometic’s warehousing space in Goshen and allow the company to combine four leased warehouse operations.
The Dometic warehouse expansion project represents InSite’s seventh facility in Goshen and the 35th building the company has built and leased in the state of Indiana.
The general contractor is Mid-States Construction of Elkhart, Ind.
