Dan Dokovic with Intelica recently represented Midland States Bank in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 1740 S. Vandeventer in St. Louis. The property covers 27,500 square feet.
Dokovic also represented Avatar Studios in its 19,000-square-foot lease renewal at 2675 Scott Ave. in St. Louis.
Intelica CRE’s Johnny Welch represented the buyer of 2900 S. 70th St. in its purchase of a 2,600-square-foot convenience mart in Philadelphia.
