Irgens has completed the new Little Company of Mary Outpatient Care Center, located at 6700 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn. The four-story, 50,000-square-foot facility will house several outpatient services including immediate care, diagnostic imaging and lab, as well as office space for hospital-affiliated physicians.
After purchasing the project site on 95th Street, Little Company of Mary Hospital retained Irgens to develop a new ambulatory care center. Irgens managed all facets of the project, including site due diligence, entitlements, leasing and design and construction administration. In addition, Irgens negotiated off-site parking and access agreements, which provided valuable parking to allow Little Company of Mary to maximize the building size.
“The center offers state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging technology and experienced physicians that our Oak Lawn family has grown to trust,” said Dennis Reilly, president and CEO, LCMH and Health Care Centers. “We were very pleased with how Irgens worked as development manager to oversee this important project and how they worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure a successful completion.”
Krusinski Construction Co. served as the general contractor while PFB Architects provided design services.
