Founded in 1982, The Jordan Company is a middle-market private equity firm that manages funds with original capital commitments in excess of $11 billion. With a 38-year track record of investing in and contributing to the growth of many businesses across a wide range of industries, the firm is relocating from 1751 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Illinois to One North Wacker.
The build-out to the building’s 41st floor included new private offices, open work areas, a café, reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, pantry and copy/print room. The Jordan Company’s new space now features glass/aluminum office fronts, decorative glass, Walnut veneer credenzas, a blackened steel table with solid surface top and intricate carpeting.
The J.C. Anderson team was led by senior project manager Jason Hawkins along with field superintendent Jose Verduzco. IA Interior Architects provided the architectural services and JLL represented property ownership.
