JLL has been selected by Wangard Partners to lease 875 E. Wisconsin Ave., a 210,074-square-foot office building in downtown Milwaukee.
JLL executive vice president Matt Hunter and vice president Michael Streit will lead leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of owner Wangard Partners.
Built in 2003, 875 E. Wisconsin was acquired by Wangard Partners in June of 2006. Boasting 27,000-square-foot floor plates, the building’s suite of amenities includes heated indoor parking and direct access to 1,175 public parking spaces; 24-hour security; on-site property management; nearby interstate access; a lake-view patio for tenant use; loading dock access; a shared cafeteria; and access to the U.S. Bank Center Skywalk.
Ownership is also investing in renovations across common areas of the building, most notably the lobby, which will see new flooring and furniture and upgraded security technology.
The 55,136 square feet available for lease offers two full-floor opportunities to work in the heart of Milwaukee’s vibrant urban business district.
