Chicago based JP Real Estate Partners arranged a $60 million recapitalization of the Infinite – Gibbons/Steger Buildings on behalf of CA Ventures.
Infinite is a newly renovated, 124 unit student housing and ground floor retail project composed of three historic buildings located at 28 East Jackson in Chicago’s Loop. Redeveloped by CA Ventures and Architect Pappageorge Haymes, the 17-story, 1912 Gibbons Building and the 19-Story, 1910 Steger Building are now connected by a multi-story sky bridge above the Pickwick Stable, the Loop’s oldest building.
