Kansas City law firm Stinson adds partner in real estate, public finance division

Kansas City, Missouri-based law firm Stinson LLP has added Karen Rippelmeyer as a partner in its real estate and public finance practice division.

Rippelmeyer’s practice has a strong focus on real estate financial matters, including federal, state and local tax credits and incentives. This includes new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits.

Rippelmeyer started her career at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

She also has federal and state-legislation experience in corporate and partnership tax matters, with a focus on compliance and financial reporting for public and private entities.
