Kiser Group recently brokered the sales of six Chicago-area properties.

The April 2014 closings included 19 units in a 24-unit condominium building in Irving Park; a 32-unit walk-up apartment property in the Jackson Park Highlands District of Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood; a six-unit, mixed-use property in Edison Park; a free-standing retail building in Bolingbrook; a five-unit apartment property in Humboldt Park, and a 12-unit apartment building in Bronzeville.

Nineteen out of the 24 units at 4141 N. Kedzie, a condominium building built in 2008, sold for $3.77 million. The unit mix includes two street-level commercial spaces, and eight two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom condos, each with two baths. Each unit includes a garage parking space and storage locker. Condos include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washers, dryers, and outdoor terraces. Fourth-floor units have rooftop decks.

The 32-unit apartment building in the Jackson Park Highlands District of Chicago’s South Shore community consists of 22 studios and 10 one-bedroom, one-bath units. Recent improvements include new plumbing, electric, windows and updates to the units. It sold for $890,000.

The mixed-use building in Edison Park includes four three-bedroom apartments and two retail spaces located along Northwest Highway, one block from the Edison Park Metra stop. It sold for $885,000.

Located at 109 Southwest Frontage Road in Bolingbrook, a vacant, free-standing retail building sold for $581,000.

The five-unit walk-up and coach house in Humboldt Park includes a brick three-flat comprised of two two-bedroom, one-bath units measuring about 1,100 square feet and one two-bedroom, one bath unit with the potential to change into a duplex with the front basement, adding a third bedroom and second bathroom. The property also includes a brick and frame coach house comprised of two one-bedroom, one-bath units. It sold for $480,000.

The 12-unit walk-up apartment property at 4317 S. Michigan in Bronzeville includes six one- and six two-bedroom units, each with one bath. It sold for $337,500. Connelly represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
