Agracel Inc. recently purchased the 90,533-square-foot Presence From Innovation facility in Hazelwood, Mo.
The purchase is Agracel’s second investment in Missouri.
The acquisition comes with a long-term lease with PFI, a merchandising company.
Thomas Homco of Lee & Associates assisted Agracel in the transaction. Vince Bajardi of the Sansone Group represented the seller.
