Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 64,952-square-foot industrial building located at 1811 W. Normantown Road in Romeoville, Illinois.
Steve Bass, executive vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry, Inc. (NKBC). NKBC is a wholesale cabinet manufacturer and distributor. Chris Volkert and Jim Estus of Colliers International represented the owner, Heitman Capital Management.
“NKBC looked at several submarkets and ultimately determined I-55 best suited their needs,” Bass said. “This building checked all the boxes for NKBC, including great distribution access and outstanding visibility on I-55.”
