Lee & Associates has closed two sale transactions for adjacent sites totaling 83 acres of industrial land in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Tom Boyle, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented Transport Properties, the buyer in both transactions.
A 73-acre site at 8331 38th Street, Kenosha was sold by Pitts Bros. A 10-acre site at 4015-4435 88th Avenue, Kenosha was sold by Bear Commercial.
According to Tim McCahill, principal of Transport Properties, this site will generate new jobs and advance economic development in the city of Kenosha. “We worked closely with the city officials to plan the future uses at this location,” McCahill said.
