Michael Plumb and Jeffrey Janda, SIOR, principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, Buy Rite Wholesale Food & Paper Co, in a long-term lease on 101,513 square feet at the Glendale Heights property. Mike Sedjo, Jack Brennan and John Hamilton of CBRE represented the owner, Prologis.
Plumb and Janda also brokered the lease of 38,649 square feet at the Itasca property on behalf of the owner, Liberty Property. Pat Hart and Jeff Fisher of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts, Inc.
