Separately, Sunset Healthcare Solutions Inc. has leased 17,424 square feet of manufacturing space located at 990 Lunt Ave. in Elk Grove Village. Nelson represented building ownership, Prologis, and Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
Equip Solutions also has leased a 20,113-square-foot industrial building located at 4525 Turnberry Drive in Hanover Park. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Northern Builders, in the transaction.
