Liberty Property Trust has begun development of a multi-tenant industrial building at Liberty Industrial Park at Diamond Lake in Diamond Lake, Minn. Totaling 227,054 square feet, 13225 Brockton Lane North will complete the park’s build-out.
“We continue to experience strong tenant demand in the northwest industrial market, particularly in Rogers,” said Dave Jellison, vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Minnesota market. “We are confident this new development will address tenant needs in the market.”
The facility will be designed to achieve LEED certification, and will offer four distinct entrances, 32-foot clear height, 54’x40′ column spacing with 60-foot deep column-free speed bay and energy efficient lighting and heating. The warehouse will provide 29 dock doors, two drive-in doors and clerestory windows to allow for natural light.
The architect for the project is Edward Farr of Edward Farr Architects and the general contractor is RJRyan Construction, Inc.
Construction on the new building began following significant leasing at its sister building, 13220 Wilfred Lane North, a 227,054-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building already under development in the park. Only 85,427 square feet remain for lease at this property.
