Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Rapids Plaza, a seven-tenant fully occupied retail center in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, for $3.1 million.
Jeff Rowlett and John Sfire, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee and Minneapolis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Rapids Plaza, LLC. Rowlett procured the buyer, Above Grade Properties, LLC.
Rapids Plaza is located at 4551 8th St. S in Wisconsin Rapids’ primary retail corridor. The fully occupied retail center sits on a high-traffic corner and is shadow-anchored by Walmart. Built in 2003, the 16,620-square-foot property includes tenants such as Papa Murphy’s, AT&T, Jackson Hewitt and Shopko Optical.
