Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Maximum Storage, a 69,115-square-foot self-storage facility in Lansing, Michigan. The sales price was not disclosed.
Tom Berlin and Zach Munce, self-storage investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of a Michigan-based private investor. The buyer, an out-of-state limited-liability company, was also secured and represented by Munce and Berlin.
Maximum Storage is located at 5600 Aurelius Road in Lansing. The facility contains 745 indoor storage units along with outdoor boat, trailer and RV storage on about five acres of land.
