Jacob Levy, senior vice president investments, and Julian Zunarelli, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, represented the seller. Josh Caruana assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Indiana.
The property is located at 222 Douglas St. in Hammond. Kidney care specialists, DaVita Dialysis, had nine years remaining on its lease at the time of the sale.
