MB Real Estate (MBRE) Vice President Becky Gualandri has been appointed director of the company’s Department of Human Resources. Gualandri started at MBRE in 2008, joining the HR department in 2012. With her comprehensive knowledge of payroll and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and recruitment and retention, Gualandri has been an influential force at MBRE.
After beginning her career at MBRE as an office coordinator, Gualandri learned the inner workings of commercial real estate as a property administrator at several MBRE-managed buildings. Gualandri graduated with a Master of Science in human resources from DePaul University in 2010, and she officially joined the MBRE Department of Human Resources in 2012. With her practical and educational experience, Gualandri has helped create a thriving and employee-focused atmosphere at MBRE.
