McKinley is in the middle of major renovations throughout its entire owned residential portfolio. The plan? Complete more than $20 million in upgrades at the company’s residential multi-family properties in 2013.

McKinley plans to continue its upgrade efforts into 2014. The communities involved in the renovation effort are located in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia and Florida.
