Michigan’s Farbman Group adds five team members

Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Farbman Group added five team members to its family of organizations. Jeff Katzen, Cameron Simpson and Aiden Bracken join Farbman Group, Lucas Raspbury joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, and Brett Katzen joins Huntington Construction.

Jeff Katzen joins Farbman Group as a senior property manager. Jeff brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the firm, and has held leading roles in development, land acquisition and affordable housing. He’s managed a wide range of projects over the course of his career, from new home construction to large-scale rehab projects and more.

Lucas Raspbury joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as an HVAC technician. Raspbury brings over 10 years of experience to the company, and has a strong background in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and safety compliance. He holds a First-Class Stationary Engineer license and an EPA refrigeration certification.

Cameron Simpson joins Farbman Group as an engineer at the firm’s Bingham Office Center. Having most recently served as an HVAC controls technician, Simpson brings a diverse skillset in technical services and hands-on experience in wireless networking, product systems and HVAC controls to the firm.

Brett Katzen joins Huntington Construction as a project manager. Brett has served as an intern with the firm over the past two years while studying at Michigan State University. He recently earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing. 

Aiden Bracken joins NAI Farbman and Farbman Group as a sales associate. Bracken is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan, where he is expected to graduate in December 2025.
