Karen Smolinski has been promoted to vice president, director of property management at Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group.
Smolinski is responsible for the ongoing operations of a large commercial portfolio consisting of a variety of property types. She is also responsible for guiding a team of property managers in their daily decisions, reviewing expenditures and maintaining compliance of contracts and leases.
