Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group has promoted Ron Goldstone to executive vice president from senior vice president.
Goldstone is the practice lead for retail commercial real estate and will contribute to the strategic and business direction of the company. He has worked with Farbman Group for 32 years.
Goldstone has represented many high-profile clients including the private equity group that purchased Mervyn’s from Target. He led the repositioning of the former Mervyn’s units by structuring multiple leases, then assisted in the sales process of nearly 1 million square feet of space and 12 properties.
