Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Southfield, Michigan, has promoted Brad Margolis from Senior Associate to Vice President.
In his new position, Margolis will manage all aspects of the sale and leasing of office and retail properties. This includes underwriting and packaging investments in fine detail, allowing him to market prospective opportunities to the broadest possible pool of investors.
Margolis has vast experience representing both tenant and landlord in acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, sale-leaseback transactions and general commercial advisory services.
Margolis has completed more than 400 transactions since joining Farbman in 2012.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, with a major in advertising and specialization in sales communication. He resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
