Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group promoted three employees. Jeff Cavazos has been promoted to senior vice president of brokerage, Kristi Lawton to vice president of brokerage and Tracey Millard to senior property manager.
“I’ve had the pleasure of observing these three talented employees grow within Farbman Group into experienced leaders and role models,” said Andrew Farbman, Farbman Group chief executive officer. “I look forward to the great things they will accomplish in their elevated roles and trust they will make a positive impact on their clients, tenants and team members in the years ahead.”
Cavazos has been working at Farbman Group for 27 years. As senior vice president of brokerage, he is responsible for managing Medical Real Estate Solutions (MRES) and its health care clients in all aspects of their real estate, including tenant representation, medical office leasing, disposition and acquisitions.
Lawton has been working at Farbman Group for nine years. As vice president of brokerage, she will maintain her responsibilities of landlord and tenant representation, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as playing a critical role growing Farbman’s brokerage department.
Millard has worked for Farbman Group for more than seven years. In her elevated role as senior property manager, she adds the responsibility of mentorship and training of new property managers to the Farbman Group team.
