Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently completed more than 150,000 square feet in construction and design projects spanning the Midwest.
The company, for example, recently completed a 20,000-square-foot build-out for Arborland Center, a 407,000-square-foot retail power center in Ann Arbor, Mich. The space, which formerly housed a Border’s store, was converted into two retail suites. The build-outs were completed for chains Ulta, a salon and beauty store, and Five Below, a specialty value retailer focused on teen and pre-teens.
Friedman also recently completed a 33,000-square-foot build-out in Columbus, Ohio, for an international consultancy firm seeking a more open and collaborative space. The company’s design team, too, renovated two buildings in the North Troy Corporate Park in Troy, Mich.
