Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 299,000 square feet of industrial space in Clinton, Miss., to CHCS Investments, LLC.
Paul Hoge of Signature represented the seller, DPH-DAS, in conjunction with Cook Commercial Properties. Philip Carpenter of Carpenter Properties, Inc. represented the buyer.
