Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team brokered the sale of a Mariano’s Lombard, Illinois.
The 74,000-square-foot grocery store was purchased by a private investor for $20 million, according to a company statement.
The property, located at the intersection of Roosevelt and Finley roads, features a 20-year ground lease corporately guaranteed by Kroger Co.
Mid-America’s Principal Joe Girardi and Vice President Wes Koontz were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Bradford Real Estate.
