Deertrace Kohler is a desirable open-air shopping center with a strong credit profile tenant base including TJ Maxx (A), HomeGoods (A), Sierra Trading Post (TJX concept) (A), Dollar Tree (BBB), Spectrum (BB+), Bath & Body Works (BB), U.S. Cellular (BB), Mattress Firm (B+), and JoAnn (B-).
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, LLC Principal Dan Rosenfeld, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
