Mid-America closes sale of drug- and food-anchored retail center in Michigan

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Green Acres in Saginaw, Michigan. The 246,664-square-foot food- and drug-anchored center was purchased by a Dallas, Texas-based family office.

Green Acres is located at the northwest corner of State Street and Hemmeter Road in Saginaw Township, Saginaw County, Michigan. The community center is anchored by Kroger, Rite Aid and Planet Fitness.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate Michigan, Inc. Vice President Richard Kerwin were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New York, New York-based Brixmor Property Group.
