The 17,706-square-foot property was sold to a private buyer.
The Fresh Market is ideally situated on the border of two of the most affluent and dense
residential neighborhoods in the entire country – Lincoln Park and Lakeview; featuring 100,000 residents within a 1-mile radius of the store with over $170,000 average household incomes.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Vice President Nick Kohlmann were the exclusive listing brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller.
