Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Belden Park Crossings in North Canton, Ohio. The acquisition of the 482,534-square-foot shopping center was purchased by Cleveland, Ohio-based Stark Enterprises.
Belden Park Crossings is located at the northwest corner of Interstate-77 and Everhard Road in North Canton. The center has a tenant mix of national retailers including Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, Value City Furniture, Cost Plus, Ulta, Jo-Ann Fabrics Pet Smart and Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. The center is shadow-anchored by Target.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Principals Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi in cooperation with Anchor Associates, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Beachwood, Ohio – based DDR Corporation.
