Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Highland Grove in Highland, Indiana. The 312,406-square-foot property was sold to Bridge33 Capital.
Highland Grove is a 100% leased shopping center located at the heart of the sub-regional trade area serving the Northwest Indiana suburbs of Chicago. The center is anchored by Kohl’s, Burlington, Macy’s, Michaels, Petco and Ulta, while also featuring an array of traffic-driving national tenants such as Five Below, Famous Footwear, Potbelly, Torrid and Olive Garden. Highland Grove’s drawing power is further enhanced by shadow anchors Target, Best Buy and Ashley Furniture.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate, Indiana LLC Principal Rick Drogosz, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf the seller.
